A four-star hotel which used to be owned by Sir Bernard Ashley, co-founder of Laura Ashley, has officially been put on the market after falling into administration last year.
Llangoed Hall Hotel at Llyswen, Powys, boasts almost 15 acres of grounds and 23 en-suite guest bedrooms. Sir Bernard Ashley opened the hotel in 1990 and Von Essen Hotels acquired it in 2010 but went into administration in April 2011.

Martin Rogers, director at Savills in Exeter, told the BBC, "This is a unique opportunity to acquire one of the most historically significant homes in Wales."
He added, "Llangoed Hall offers tremendous business potential and has an excellent reputation as one of the UK's best country house hotels. We anticipate a strong level of interest from the UK and abroad."
The company is an automatic and industrial door supplier, installing a variety of systems, including but not limited to, automatic doors, fire resistant shutters, entrance barriers, roller shutters and garage doors.
Well-established company operating for over 23 years. Offers a range of driving positions, which include day runs, local runs, local shunting, nights out and tramping.
The company is a business-to-business wholesaler of cask ales, continental lagers, and craft cider. Since its establishment, the business has cultivated strong relationships with high-profile and local breweries, gaining exclusive access to their pro...
