A former rectory, now a boutique hotel and restaurant, located in an area that's a draw for tourists, is up for sale through Christie & Co.
Lamphey Hall is a former rectory and offers 11 en-suite guest rooms and a restaurant with 105 covers across three trade areas. It sits in a large plot, with lawns, a patio area and plenty of parking for customers. It also benefits from self-contained owners' accommodation, and the opportunity to buy a neighbouring three-bed bungalow that could be used as an additional holiday let if desired.
John Coggins of Christie & Co, who is managing the sale, told the Tenby Observer: “Lamphey Hall is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a profitable and successful business. It has an enviable reputation for providing good quality food sourced from local ingredients in a truly beautiful part of Wales.
“It would be ideal for a chef patron to build on the excellent reputation as a destination eatery, or a hands-on operator to grow both sales and profitability by developing the function trade by catering for events such as weddings and christenings.”
The hotel has been mentioned as a great place for people to stay due to its proximity to Barafundle Bay, a hidden beach touted as one of the most beautiful in the UK, and Pembrokeshire's other tourist attractions, including Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park.
