St Vincent House in Scunthorpe, which was the headquarters of construction company Clugston Group before it ceased trading in December, has been put up for sale at just under £700,000.
The building is a two-storey complex, with several private and general offices, meeting and conference rooms, storerooms and staff facilities. It is located on St Vincent’s Avenue, off Normanby Road, Scunthorpe.
The 3.6 acre site is currently vacant and a buyer is being sought by PPH Commercial, with an asking price of around £695,000 plus VAT.
Family-owned Clugston Group was founded in 1937 as the construction arm of a business that also includes Clugston Distribution Services, which has since been sold, and Clugston Estates Ltd, which continues to trade under the control of its directors.
The Clugston Group, which employed over 100 people, fell into administration and ceased trading just before Christmas last year.
