Loughborough-headquartered SME business management software specialist The Access Group has reached an agreement to acquire Onboarded, the company behind a recruitment onboarding platform.
Based in Australia and founded in 2019, Onboarded’s platform is now used by recruiters across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The platform provides users with a suite of features, including payroll onboarding, contract signing and background checks. 84 per cent of candidates onboarded using the platform complete the process within 24 hours.
As part of the deal, The Access Group has also agreed to acquire Onboarded sister company smartAI, a personalised conversation platform for recruiters, bolstering the group's ambition of helping recruiters to benefit from the use of AI.
Access Recruitment and Onboarded will offer customers a suite of features, providing a customisable digital platform enabling firms to rapidly onboard candidates and employees with a single link and send the information back to the CRM.
