Derby-based steelwork contractor Robinson is edging closer to a sale - a deal which would save the company from closure.
Venture capitalist R Capital, best known for reviving the fortunes of the Little Chef roadside restaurant chain, is said to be the most likely buyer for the troubled family-owned firm.
Robinson, which has been trading since 1964, has been on the market for over a year and was moving ever closer to administration if a buyer could not be found.
Prior to the financial downturn, the firm, which specialised in steelwork for the agricultural and construction sectors, enjoyed a £48 million turnover.
Green Sustainable Energy owns a wind turbine in West Yorkshire that sells clean renewable electricity to the grid.
Premier provider of carpentry and joinery in London and counties, catering to a diverse clientele encompassing luxury and mid-range property developers, main contractors, and discerning private clients.
A concept which led to revolutionizing the restaurant industry, offering an efficient and profitable approach to food production and targeted marketing.
