Bristol-headquartered digital, print and marketing services provider, Latcham Direct, has acquired a print management company as part of its growth strategy.
Crawley-based CGL will continue to trade under the brand Latcham|CGL brand, with a rebrand expected in 2018.
Latcham Direct was launched in 2010 and employs more than 90 staff. Its services include print production, mailing and specialist digital communications.
This will be the company's first strategic acquisition in their efforts to expand and broaden their business scope to include and reach many key industries across the UK.
Latcham Direct managing director Mike Hughes said: "We are thrilled that CGL has now become part of the Latcham Group. The business is a perfect, complementary fit for us in terms of the expert print management and digital solutions it provides and its commitment to delivering the highest possible service to clients.
"This acquisition is the first important stage in the continued expansion of Latcham Direct demonstrating our commitment to the print sector and the huge opportunities that digital communications represents now and into the future.
