In addition, he added that the strong market demand across the sector and the area as a result of COVID-19 means buyers are looking to capitalise on the increasing number of people looking to avoid holidays abroad.
Mr Jones also emphasised the importance of Wales' successful tourism industry on the company's chance of a successful sale. He said: "Wales has a strong tourism economy and remains an ever-popular tourist destination with a fantastic reputation as a relaxing and beautiful place to visit, boasting three National Parks, including the UK’s only coastal national park, and a distinct and authentic culture.”
