A buyer is being sought for North Manchester-based electronics wholesaler.
E-Sunrise Distributors has been put on the market by its current owner, Masuma Jesani, who has appointed Blacks Business Brokers to handle the sale of the business.
The sale will not only include the company, but also its operational leasehold premises.
Established in 2003 by Jesani’s son, E-Sunrise moved to its current location on Broughton Lane last year.
It distributes a number of electronic goods including toys, general household and industrial tools, computer accessories, and sells to both retail and wholesale buyers. In more recent years, however, the business has grown significantly and supplies to a number of leading distribution companies in the IT sector.
The company’s turnover in 2016 was £1.5 million but dropped to £1 million in 2017. Jesani cited health problems as the reason for the distributors’ decline and why she decided to put the business up for sale.
Blacks Business Brokers’ marketing facilitator, Eve Pawsey, said: “This business is well-established, profitable and has very strong lines of credit with its suppliers. This means it can supply really big orders without having an impact on its cash flow, and is able to hold a large amount of stock ready for next-day delivery.
“The current premises benefits from low rent and no business rates, while being close to Manchester city centre, but because it’s essentially able to fulfil orders from anywhere it could be relocated.”
A guiding price of £149,950 has been set for the sale of E-Sunrise Distributors.
