The iconic Parr Street Studios and Hotel in Liverpool City Centre has been put onto the market with a price tag of around £2.5 million.
The premises - which has a long musical history, hosting the likes of Barry Manilow, Coldplay, Take That and the Spice Girls - is up for sale through property agents Mason Owen.
Head of Business Space at Mason Owen, Andrew Owen, told Click Liverpool, “With an exceptional pedigree, this iconic recording studio was once owned by Genesis and has become one of Liverpool’s most well-loved creative buildings. It is now on the market for sale to discerning buyers keen to be the next owners of this unique building.
“This is a unique offering as the freehold, Parr Street Studio’s immense goodwill, its car park, tenancies and growing business in the heart of the city are all included in the sale,” Mr Owen added.
The 1930s commercial premises, located at 33-45 Parr Street in Liverpool's Ropewalks area, is ideally positioned close to both Liverpool Lime Street Station, Central Stations and Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
Parr Street Studios – which is being offered for sale on a freehold basis - also comprises two fully-equipped recording studios, two bars, 11 offices and a 12-bedroom hotel.
