The iconic Parr Street Studios and Hotel in Liverpool City Centre has been put onto the market with a price tag of around £2.5 million.
The premises - which has a long musical history, hosting the likes of Barry Manilow, Coldplay, Take That and the Spice Girls - is up for sale through property agents Mason Owen.
Head of Business Space at Mason Owen, Andrew Owen, told Click Liverpool, “With an exceptional pedigree, this iconic recording studio was once owned by Genesis and has become one of Liverpool’s most well-loved creative buildings.
