Oakland Care Ltd, a company that owns and manages two established retirement care homes in the West Sussex region, has entered administration.
The firm appointed Keith Robin Cottam and Gareth Graham Self of Probitas Ltd on 11 December 2012 to act as joint administrators.
Long-term care and respite or holiday care was offered by the care homes, which aimed to keep residents independent and active wherever possible.
In the year to 31 March 2012, the firm submitted accounts to Companies House showing cash at bank of £245. Its liabilities clocked in at £45,592, while its net worth had fallen into negative territory of minus £138,043 and its assets stood at £36,141.
