The merger of two firms based in South Wales has created a complete portfolio of property and business finance services. Swansea-based Yumo Finance and Neath-based Prime Financial Services have announced a formal partnership to bring their business and property finance services under one roof.
The merger of the two companies, which both operate nationally, will deliver a full suite of financial services to property investors, commercial developers, home buyers/movers and businesses, backed by an expert team from both firms.
Following the merger, both companies will continue to operate under their existing brands with the merged business to be based near Swansea. Prime Financial Solutions and Mortgages will exclusively handle all property related services, providing expertise in homeowner mortgages and remortgages, bridging and commercial finance, buy-to-let arrangements and insurance.
Yumo Finance will operate as a sister brand to the company, continuing to focus on providing specialist financial solutions to business, including secured and unsecured loans, invoice and asset finance, VAT loans, merchant loan services, import and export finance and overdrafts.
The residential and commercial property finance teams will be led by Prime Financial Solutions and Mortgages Managing Director Gareth Morgan and Yumo Finance Director Mark Watts (pictured above, right) as joint partners.
Gareth Morgan commented: "By merging our strengths, we are not only enhancing our ability to meet the diverse financial needs of our clients but also setting the stage for accelerated expansion. We have ambitious growth plans and, together, we are confident that our combined expertise will deliver an unparalleled client experience."
Mark Watts added: "Our merger represents a strategic move towards greater synergy and efficiencies. Our businesses share many parallels, and we believe that together we are better positioned to pursue acquisition opportunities, to fuel our growth trajectory, and to solidify our position as a leader in the financial services sector.”
“We are investing in new technologies to create a seamless experience whether you are a first-time buyer or a sophisticated property investor, and recruiting additional advisors; together look forward to a very bright future."
