J3 Business Park Doncaster has acquired a new area of commercial property with its acquisition of The Wright Business Park.
The Carr Hill site is comprised of 23 acres and currently occupied by a number of local and national businesses. These include Hallgarten Wine and Volkerail, a railway infrastructure contractor. Alan Morris from J3 added: “This site has always had a strong occupier demand on varying lengths of leases. We intend to make some improvements and changes to enhance the attraction of the estate to occupiers.
"This part of Doncaster with its links to the motorway network and industrial cluster remains popular to occupiers and we feel that this will not only continue but demand will improve as the economy strengthens.”
