The Cordale Portfolio, located at Inchinnan near Glasgow Airport, totals 471 acres and is owned by Cordale Investments Ltd. It comprises three farmhouses with steadings, 255 acres of good quality arable ground, 216 acres of permanent pasture and other ground, sheds and a number of let commercial units.
Included in the commercial property on the site are two telecoms mast sites, currently on lease to Hutchison 3G UK Ltd and Vodafone. The selling agent is able to provide details of the lease arrangements and current levels of rent.
