A hotel with an ‘enviable’ River Thames location is up for sale with a £2.4 million price tag.
The Thames Hotel in Maidenhead, which is on the market for the first time in nearly 30 years, is on sale freehold for a guide price of £2,450,000.
The hotel, which is independently owned and operated has been brought to market by business property advisor, Christie & Co.

The hotel was built in 1886 and has 33-bedrooms. It also has an extensive bar and restaurant and a terrace overlooking the River Thames.
Only last year, the hotel went under a major refurbishment to achieve a four-star rating from a three-star status. The refurbishment saw part of the hotel demolished and a four-storey northside extension and three-storey rear side extension were rebuilt.
The refurbishment also increased the size of the smallest rooms and provided lift access to all floors and direct access to all from the car park.
