The Kegworth Whitehouse Hotel is being marketed by Christie + Co. The commercial property is described as being ideal due to its location just off junction 24 of the M1, which makes it easily accessible from Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Christie + Co. describes the property as “well connected”.
