Manchester-based IT services company Titan Network Services Ltd. has been sold to inTec Business Solutions Limited for an undisclosed seven-figure sum.
DTE Corporate Finance acted as lead adviser to the shareholders at Titan Network Services, which has specialised in providing IT solutions for businesses in Manchester and the surrounding area for over 20 years. A team from Irwin Mitchell Solicitors assisted the vendors in the transaction, while the buyers were advised by Squire Patton Boggs.
Altrincham-based inTec Business Solutions, founded in 2016, provides tech-related consulting services and solutions to a range of B2B clients, which include start-ups, fast-growth businesses and established corporate firms.
Titan Network Services founder Mick Satiar will stay on as a director at Titan, commenting: “Titan has over the last 12 years built an impressive reputation and together with fellow director, Garry Grimshaw, we have built a client list that we’re very proud of.”
