EffectiveHRM, a HR consultancy headquartered in Pontypridd, has acquired Cardiff-based counterpart Aible HR in its second deal of the year. The deal follows EffectiveHRM’s May 2023 acquisition of the client book of health and safety specialist Standerwick Safety Partnership.
The acquisition of Aible HR, which provides remote HR consultancy services, significantly boosts EffectiveHRM’s existing HR client base, adding clients across South Wales, South West England, the East and West Midlands and South-East England.
As part of the deal, Aible HR owner Ami Jones will move to a new in-house position with the firm’s biggest client, while the remaining client base will be taken on by EffectiveHRM.
EffectiveHRM was founded by Managing Director Emma del Torto in 2011, with the aim of becoming the UK’s most valuable and cost-effective HR provider. The company provides HR services for a client base ranging from start-ups to established firms, with its services including retained HR support, business coaching, learning and development and health and safety.
