Archway Dental Practice, located in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, has been snapped up by Riverdale Healthcare – a new dentistry investment group that has been growing its portfolio through a number of strategic acquisitions.
Founded in 2009 by dentist Mark Amos, the Archway Dental Practice operates three treatment rooms to provide a range of NHS dental services.
Riverdale Healthcare’s acquisition of Archway follows its takeover of the Hebburn and Pelawdental practices in Tyne & Wear in August.
Its management team is led by chief executive Mark Seekings and is financially supported by Apposite Capital.
Riverdale’s managing director, Ian Gordon, said: “Having worked closely with Mark Amos and his team for several years it is a pleasure to have them join the wider group on a formal footing.
“We have lots of exciting projects coming up which will expand the number of treatment rooms and the treatment offered to patients as well as the opportunities available to the Archway team.”
