A leisure centre in Cornwall, the Springfields Fun Park and Pony Centre, has been put up for sale.
Located near Newquay in St Columb Major, the business boasts a 32 acre site on which it has a boating lake as well as an indoor play centre and riding facilities. Springfield's website describes it as offering an "action packed day for all the family with acres of space to run and play".
The Exeter office of Jones Lang LaSalle is handling the business sale. John Kinsey, director of the hotels and hospitality team with the firm, commented on the sale: "This is an exciting instruction as the set up and site are ready for trading in the 2014 season.
"The sale includes a substantial detached house with potential to be redesigned into a three-bedroom home with annexe."
He added that the agents expect to see "strong interest in the market" for the sale, especially in light of the fact that the £850,000 price tag includes the residential property and livestock.
The sale is the first time in 13 years that the centre has been put on the market. Its current owners are selling the business due to their upcoming retirement.
