Leeds-based bid consultancy and software firm Bidding Limited has expanded with the acquisition of Scottish bid management company AM Bid. The acquisition of the Edinburgh-based firm forms part of Bidding Limited’s strategy of expanding its market reach as it seeks to enhance its services and provide clients with a wider range of bid management solutions.
The acquisition, which follows its integration of contract management software company ContractsWise earlier this year, will expand the buyer’s service offerings and existing product portfolio. According to Bidding Limited, the acquisition creates a combined business with an 80 per cent win rate and a track record of more than £3 billion worth of successful bids.

AM Bid founder Andrew Morrison said that the deal was an “incredible opportunity” for the firm that “opens new doors for growth and collaboration.”
In a press release announcing the acquisition, Bidding Limited said: “With the acquisition of AM Bid, Bidding Limited aims to solidify its position as an internationally recognised bidding partner.”
