We would like to clarify an article that appeared on the Business-Sale.com website on 1st July, 2011, entitled 'Assets of plant firm Fox Bros being sold off', which drew on source material that contained inaccuracies. We would like to make clear that Fox Bros (Blackpool) Ltd - the longest-established company of the Fox Bros Group, founded in 1932 - has not been affected by this administration. The companies involved in the administration are Fox Bros (North West) Ltd, formed in 2006, and Fox Bros Civils Ltd, formed in 2009. Fox Bros (Blackpool) Ltd remains a solvent and healthy company as do other companies in the Fox Bros Group. We apologise for any inconvenience or confusion this article may have caused.
