Business Requirements

I have bought and sold several businesses and I am now seeking my next project. I am looking for a business in the professional services industry, I am open to any niche but have experience in recruitment, marketing and sales (call centres in IT and telecoms). I have a history of taking on both profitable businesses and also businesses that are in trouble and staring at insolvency. Ideally I would like my next project (or projects) to have a base in Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset or West Sussex but I will consider most locations depending on the type of company. Ideally the business will have a strong cash flow and management structure in place, I have the connections to take a good business public and also to bring like minded businesses together. If in trouble then I can fix cash flow and remove directors debts. Ideal business will allow me to keep the current staff, structure and processes in place for as long as possible. We lose nothing by having a confidential discussion.
