Atlassian, a highly acquisitive tech business based in Australia, has caused a few ripples in the M&A world by making public its proprietary term sheet, something that is usually kept highly confidential. The decision makers at Atlassian feel they are doing the right thing for a number of reasons and their intention is to make M&A a fairer and more efficient process as a result.
